It is also within walking distance to the town, offering lots of activities. the spacious living room and kitchen, along with the lovely garden, provide a perfect spot for relaxation. the owner, Paul, was very responsive and provided helpful suggestions on things to do in the area.
The kitchen was missing some utensils that would have made cooking easier.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely lovely, with charming vintage touches and cozy furnishings. It made me feel right at home and created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. The hallways were wide enough for me to navigate with ease, and the seating areas were comfortable for relaxing and socializing with other guests.
I would have appreciated a better selection of TV channels for entertainment during my stay. The children working there were very helpful and kind, but it would have been nice to have a few more options for TV shows and movies to enjoy in the evenings.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a comfortable and homely atmosphere. We were impressed by how well-equipped it was, with everything we needed, from cleaning products to kitchen utensils and even a hairdryer. The owner, Paul, was helpful and provided us with great recommendations for local attractions. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring Aviemore and the Cairngorms, with plenty to do and see. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Coop just around the corner and other shops and eateries within a short distance. The peacefulness of the street added to the charm of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated base to explore the area.
The sofas in the living room were not very comfortable, and the double bed could have had a deeper mattress.

I had a great stay at Sunbury! The house was clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to town and a local shop. The living room and kitchen were spacious, and the heating in the house was excellent. We also enjoyed the nice small backyard. Paul, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs.
One minor issue we had was with the TV. There were multiple remotes and a fire stick, but we managed to work them out after a little bit of confusion.
